Living in the Moment
One of the main elements of being true to oneself, and indeed of achieving happiness, is the practice and ultimately effortless habit of living in the moment.
If we can leave you with a reminder, or re-focusing – even if it’s just a slightly enhanced habitual way of experiencing or more fully enjoying each moment, then that will be something of considerable value and benefit which we will be most happy to have shared with you.
In this example, David and I discuss the relationship many of us have with our moment-to-moment experience, and the ways in which we either get something out of each one, or, surprisingly commonly, miss each and every single one of them waiting for the next one.
As a core concept, the practice of living in the moment is also addressed repeatedly in the Happiness audio series.
